Thing 1 and Thing 2....Maybe Thing 3

Thing 1:
We had another doctor's appointment today. So far, once again, so good. Everything seems to be progressing at a nice (and sometimes unnaturally fast) rate. Chris got to see Glo-Worm do a serious MMA kick to my belly this morning. I wish you could have seen his face. It was definately a "priceless" moment. Glo-Worm tends to be very still whenever anyone wants to watch or touch my belly (even me sometimes), so for Chris to see this was awesome.

There have been a few request for my pictures of my belly. I had some time today, but no one to take pictures for me...so here is a little video clip pf my belly:

I forgot to get a picture of this from our baby shower. My nephew Stephen made this for us from the play-doh:

Thing 2
Do you remember way back when, I wrote about the Pregnancy Journal The Best Friend got us? Well, anyhoo, it has been a great source of information for us. On of the things I like best is all the quotes in the book about having kids and parenting. Here are a couple of my favorites:

Never try to make your son or daughter another you; one is enough! - Arnold Glasow
Children are natural mimics - they act like their parents inspite of every attempt to teach them good mannner. - Anonymous
Of all the animals, the boy is the most unmanagable - Plato
The hardest job kids face today is learning good manners without seeing any. - Fred Astaire
I have found that the best way to give advise to your children is to find out what they want and then advise them to do it. - Harry S. Truman
Whatever you are, be a good one. - Abraham Lincoln
A child is a curly, dimpled lunatic. - Ralph Waldo Emerson
The thing about having a baby is that thereafter you have it. - Jena Kerr

Thing 3
I have really enjoyed reading a new blog. It is from a guy that used to work with Chris and is a ref at Andi's Roller Derby matches. I added a link to my sidebar, but if you get a chance to read...Andy Z & family are quite an entertaining read.

The Blog Nazi loves your belly! She can't wait to talk to Glow-Worm again to reiterate how she is the superior Aunt :-)
