I am off today and I really haven't done anything. I had all sorts of plans. I was going to do dishes, put laundry away. Admittedly, I think there is still time to do that stuff today...we shall see.
I have learned how to do something new. I can't share what it is yet because I making something for my nephew Keegan. When I am finished I will post a picture of it. I am very excited about it.
I received a message from The Blog Nazi requesting a tribute to her greatness...hmmm. Let's save that for another day.
I wrote a poem for my mom for her birthday:
Ode to My Soul Momma
My Soul Momma is so cool
But she never let me stay home
From school
She is tough but fair
And has great hair
I wouldn’t be the woman
I am right now
Without my Soul Momma
Saying “WOW...you can
Can do anything”
So an infinity of love
To the best Soul Momma
I am so lucky to have such a great mom.
